Q: How do you offer such low prices?
A: Mattstools.com is an outlet for a major wholesale tool distributor. I am the front-end to the warehouse, and since there is no retail store or employees, I can keep costs very low. All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Southern California.
Q: Do you sell parts for the items on your website?
A: Unfortunately, no. I don't stock any parts for the tools we sell. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
Q: Are your products new, reconditioned, or refurbished?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all of the merchandise on our web site is brand new and come in their original packaging.
Q: Can I pick up items at your warehouse?
A: Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our prices low, our warehouse staff only packages orders for shipment.
Q: How are products shipped?
A: All products are shipped via UPS or USPS (only for very small items) and tracking numbers will be sent upon shipment. Unfortunately at this time we can only ship to the contiguous 48 states. Ocassionally we will ship some small items via USPS, but that is an exception, not the norm.
Q: I have one a Pitbull brand tool, do you sell parts for them?
A: Unfortunately, no. We do not carry any parts for the tools, for those you need to go directly to the manufacturer.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship out an order?
A: We usually will be able to ship out your order within 3-6 days. We do not ship orders over the weekend or holidays.
Q: What types of payment can I make to purchase my items?
A: At this time we accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout, or Check/Money Order.
